Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 2026

1. Welcome to PDFGuideStack

By accessing PDFGuideStack, purchasing a guide, or subscribing to our All-Access pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. PDFGuideStack provides actionable blueprints, guides, and checklists to help you execute real-world strategies.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Purchases: We offer both one-time guide purchases and a recurring All-Access monthly subscription.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly via Paystack. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the premium library until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Refund Policy: Because PDFGuideStack provides immediate access to digital goods and proprietary frameworks, all sales (both one-time purchases and subscription charges) are final and non-refundable.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Our guides are premium, proprietary blueprints. When you purchase a guide or subscribe, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to read and use the content.

• You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share our PDF guides or chapter text.
• You may not scrape or use automated systems to extract content from the platform.

4. Community Guidelines

PDFGuideStack features discussion sections at the end of chapters. We foster a community of action-takers. By commenting, you agree to remain respectful and constructive. We reserve the right to remove comments or suspend accounts that engage in spam, harassment, or self-promotion without notice.

5. Educational Disclaimer

The business, financial, and life strategies provided in PDFGuideStack blueprints (including all case studies and examples) are for educational purposes. They do not constitute professional legal, tax, or financial advice. Your execution and results are solely your responsibility.
